Q. What is the Automated Payment Plan (APP)?

A. The APP will allow you to pay bills with the convenient automated payments.

Q. How does the plan work?

A. When your next payment becomes due, it will be charged to your credit card or debited from your bank account automatically.

Q. Do you accept debit cards?

A. We can only accept debit cards with a MasterCard or VISA logo. Regular ATM cards are not accepted.

Q. What does the plan cost?

A. Nothing! In some cases, monthly charges may be reduced.

Q. How do I enroll?

A. Complete the enrollment form and fax or mail it to the address below.
